Melody Robinson is the Founder and CEO of Phoenix Beauty, Esthetics and Wellness Center, where she specializes in advanced skincare and holistic wellness treatments. As a licensed Master Esthetician and Certified Lymphatic Drainage Specialist, she brings over five years of professional experience delivering results -driven services designed to enhance skin health, confidence and overall well-being.

Her approach blends corrective skincare with a holistic philosophy, creating customized experiences that not only improve the skin but also empower and uplift every client she serves.  She delivers transformative results through chemical peels, PRO NanoInfusion treatments, anti-aging therapies, acne treatments, hyperpigmentation and more advanced treatments that deliver lasting results.

Melody received her Master Esthetician certification from the Esthetics Institute in Vienna, Virginia.  She is also a proud graduate of Elizabeth City State University of Elizabeth City, North Carolina, where she earned her degree in Sociology and was initiated into the Delta Theta Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated in Spring 2002.

Following graduation, Melody was commissioned as a United States Army Officer, serving honorably for 25 years. Throughout her military career, she earned numerous awards, including the Army Achievement Medal and Joint Service Commendation Medal.  While serving she also obtained her Master’s degree in Human Resources from Webster University.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Melody is a devoted wife and mother of two. She is deeply committed to education, personal growth, and community empowerment, and takes pride in being both a business owner and a supportive football mom.

Through Phoenix Beauty, Esthetics and Wellness Center, Melody continues to build legacy rooted in service, excellence, and helping others feel confident in their own skin.
