Ms. Fleming has been a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. for 38 years. She attended Colorado State University where she joined Xi Eta Chapter in the Fall 1986. She has two legacy daughters, Cierra and Brea who became Sorority members at Tennessee State University, Alpha Psi Chapter in 2014. Deneen was an active member of Lambda Kappa Omega for 8 years and is now a North Atlantic Region (NAR) General member. Deneen Fleming is a Regional Marketing Director, with First Financial Security, Inc. and has worked for companies such as Lockheed Martin, Booz Allen Hamilton, GH Engineering, General Dynamics Information Technology, LMI, and Markon. She has a strong foundation in business analytics, client relations, collaboration, enterprise strategy development, and project management, and holds a keen interest in helping individuals and businesses manage their financial goals. Ms. Fleming is immensely experienced and skilled at helping organizations navigate complex financial landscapes with over 35 years working in the fields of facility management and information technology. Her deep understanding of financial concepts and products, provides the skills and ability to collaborate across government entities and the private sector in developing policy, standards, and best practices, ensuring proper oversight and fiscal accountability. |
